Objectives

• To provide a vibrant forum that promotes interaction and networking among alumni of the college.
• To facilitate the association of alumni with their Alma Mater
• To contribute to the Institute’s vision of being recognized among the world’s leading Institutions in academics, research, outreach and innovation
• To promote best practices in different areas of science, humanities and social sciences for the benefit of the society, especially weaker sections To assist deserving students from the sections of the society financially and otherwise;
• To strengthen the ties among former students of the Institution;
• To create and establish Alumni endowments for granting scholarships, prizes and medals to the students showing high proficiency in their studies and honor former students.
• To conduct / sponsor career guidance programme for students to succeed in interviews through training in core competence, employability skills and soft skills training.
• To raise or collect funds by subscriptions, contributions, donations, endowments, loans or by legal norms for the furtherance of the objectives of the association and the activities managed by the association.
• To co-operate with the staff and students of the college in the celebration of Annual Alumni Day.

Aims & Objectives of Alumni Association

For the Alumni:

Other benefits include exclusive networking, special privileges, and career path assistance through alumni interactions.

For the College Administration:

The college also benefits by improving standards through collaboration with alumni. Events for alumni act as fundraising activities and provide opportunities to discuss emerging technologies in the real world.

For Pursuing Students:

The system initiates students into the alumni network before they graduate, making it easier to encourage their involvement after graduation. Interaction with alumni increases placement opportunities and builds strong bonds between students and alumni.
